Our AI-assisted estimating program. The user uploads a complete plan-set as a PDF, (must have floor breaks), material specifications, and selected options and colors.
From there; the program does the work a takeoff crew does by hand. It reads the plan, pulls the quantities, and can assign prices of the job against a full construction cost model. Every Phase, from footings to final trim, returning a complete take-off summary, that can talk with your pricing DB. Including a written list of assumptions,and exclusions so you can audit the number instead of trusting it blindly.
Because the model is parametric, options aren't guesswork. Change a ceiling height, swap an elevation, add a garage, and the whole estimate adjusts.
This isn't a concept. The engine behind it has already been validated against real production plans. Our current testing environment is taking less than 5 minutes per plan.
